SC Transmission Cast Iron HRC Coupling (B/F/H)
with Rubber for Oil Pump and Transmission Parts
SC provides a variety of couplings: chain coupling,Jaw coupling, flexible coupling,HRC couplings,NM coupling,MH coupling,Pin coupling, space coupling, flange coupling, sleeve coupling, nylon sleeve couplings.
HRC semi-elastic general purpose couplings are ideal for electric motors installation offering quick alignment.
HRC coupling consists of 2 cast-iron halves attached to shafts by means of either hub mount (H Flange) or face mount (F Flange) taper bushes.
Size available from:70,90,130
The HRC coupling can be used in the whole of machine construction wherever a reliable shaft connection is needed between motor and working machine.
HRC Coupling is free of maintenance, simple structure and easy to install. The rubbers can be individually replaced when they are worn.
They allow for incidental misalignment, absorb shock loads and dampenout small amplitude vibrations. They are offered in both Pilot bore, and Taper bushed with both face and hub mount.
These semi-elastomeric couplings are designed for general purpose applications and applications and permit quick and easy assembly by means os Taper bush.Outside diameters are fully machined to allow alignment by simple straight adge methods. Shaft connection is "fail safe" due to interacting jaw design.
They are made of GG25 cast iron.Surface treatment can be all kinds of dope painting or black phosphating.
1.Installation is quick and easy without special tools required, only a hexagonal wrench is needed
2.Maintenance is virtually eliminated without lubrication required
3.The electro metric element allows HRC to be suitable for use in most conditions
4.In the unlikely event of the flexible element being destroyed, drive will be maintained by inner action of the integrally cast driving dogs
